SABRE Risk were proud to support our client, and multiple stakeholders with Security Consultancy for PM Narendra Damodardas Modi's visit to Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi, on February 13th, 2024.

We were engaged a week prior to this event taking place, with limited time available we immediately surveyed the venue, and started to integrate with our client, and the event organiser.
Due to the profile of this event, and the number of people expected, a vast amount of planning was required, along with fit-for-purpose documentation to ensure all stakeholders were aligned, and the operation was both safe, and a success.
The lead on this project holds extensive knowledge in mass-gathering events, on an international scale, which enabled us to hit the ground running, and clearly define milestones and objectives from the moment we were engaged.
The event welcomed over 40,000 people, with zero security related, or major incidents, this we believe was down to an overall team effort, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities from the start.
